Section 54(2) in The Bihar Co-operative Societies Rules, 1959
(2)A registered society the liability of the member of which is limited to the value of shares held by them shall, in addition to the register of members also maintain a register of shares and share-holders in such form as may from time to time be prescribed by the Registrar.
