54. Registers of members and shares.
(1)Every registered society shall maintain a register of members showing such particulars as may be specified in these Rules or by an order of the Registrar.(2)A registered society the liability of the member of which is limited to the value of shares held by them shall, in addition to the register of members also maintain a register of shares and share-holders in such form as may from time to time be prescribed by the Registrar.
