Section 13(1) in Rajasthan Sports (Registration, Recognition and Regulation of Associations) Act, 2005
(1)Election of the Executive Body of a State Level Sports Association shall be held in the presence of an Observer of the Rajasthan State Sports Council Election of the Executive Body of a District Level Sports Association shall be held in the presence of Observer of its State Level Sports Association and Observer of the District Sports Council.
