Section 29(b) in Tamil Nadu Municipal (Non-Centralized-Regular) Public Health Establishment Regulations, 1976
(b)The appointing authority shall be responsible for the correct and up to-date maintenance of the service book, and he shall record an annual certificate of verification in the service book as early as possible after the close of the year.
