Section 13 in The National Institute Of Disaster Management Regulations, 2006
13. Presiding over the meetings of governing body - (1) The Chairperson of the governing body shall preside over every meeting of the governing body.
(2)If the Chairperson of the governing body is not present at any particular meeting, the Vice-Chairperson shall preside over the meeting of the governing body.(3)If the Chairperson and the Vice-Chairperson of the governing body are not present at any particular meeting, the members of the governing body present shall choose one from among themselves to chair that meeting.
