7. Application for correction of entries in map.
(1)The owner of any plot of land included in the map prepared under section 6, may within one month of its publication in the office of the Planning Authority, apply to such authority for any entry of land use or other particulars made in the map to be corrected.(2)On receipt of such application, the Planning Authority or any officer of such authority appointed by it, shall after such inquiry as may be prescribed make an order if the entry is incorrect and if found incorrect direct it to be corrected.(3)From an order under sub-section (2), an appeal shall lie within sixty days from the date of the order, to the prescribed authority, or, if no authority has been prescribed, to the State Government, and the order of the prescribed authority or the State Government in appeal shall be final.
