Section 21(2) in The Maharashtra Veterinary Practitioners Act, 1971
(2)Where the renewal fee is not paid before the date fixed by the Council in that behalf, the Registrar shall remove the name of the defaulter from the register:Provided that, the name so removed may be re-entered in the register on payment of the fee in such manner and subject to such conditions as the Council may, by regulations, direct.
