30. Protection for acts done in good faith.
(1)No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the President, Vice-President, Chief Executive Officer or any other member or person in the employment of the Board for anything which is, in good faith, done or intended to be done, in pursuance of this Act.(2)Save as otherwise expressly provided in this Act, no suit or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Board for any damage caused or likely to be caused by anything which is in good faith done, or purported to be done under this Act.
