Section 16 in The West Bengal Universities and Colleges (Administration and Regulation) Act, 2017
16. Students' Body or Union of the University.
(1)There shall be a Students' Body or Union, as the case may be, in every University.(2)The composition, functions, duties and responsibilities of the Students' Body or Union, as the case may be, including the manner procedure and eligibility to participate in the election shall be such as may be prescribed.
