Section 88(1) in The Telangana Panchayat Raj (Conduct of Elections) Rules, 2018
(1)The Presiding Officer shall then make into separate packets, -(a)the marked copy of the electoral roll;(b)the register of voters in Form - XXX;(c)the cover containing the tendered ballot papers and the list in Form - XXXI;(d)the list of challenged votes; and(e)any other papers directed by the State Election Commission to be kept in a sealed packet.
