124. Illumination.
(1)The employer shall ensure at a construction site of a building or other construction work that all work place where excavation or tunnelling works are carried out shall be adequately illuminated in accordance with the relevant national standards.(2)Every employer carrying out excavation or tunnelling work at a construction site of a building or other construction work shall provide for emergency generators on such construction site to ensure adequate illumination at all work places where such excavation or tunnelling work is being carried out, in case of power failure.
