Section 124(1) in Bihar Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2005
(1)The employer shall ensure at a construction site of a building or other construction work that all work place where excavation or tunnelling works are carried out shall be adequately illuminated in accordance with the relevant national standards.
