Section 87(1) in Cuttack Development Authority (Planning and Building Standards) Regulations, 2001
(1)The various construction activities like demolition excavation blasting actual construction from foundation to completion shall be in accordance with Part VII (Constructional Practice and Safety) of the National Building Code of India, 1983.
