Section 1(3) in Manipur (Village Authorities in Hill Areas) Act, 1956
(3)It shall come into force on such [date] [18th April, 1957, vide notification No. S.R.O. 88, dated 7th January, 1957, see Gazette of India, Part II, section 3.] as the Central Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
