Section 18 in The Delhi Development Authority (Disposal Of Developed Nazul Land) Rules, 1981
18. Size of plots.
- Save as otherwise provided in these rules, the maximum size of a plot allotted to an individual for a residential purpose shall be-(i)104 square metres in the case of an individual belonging to the low income group;(ii)167 square metres (but not less than 105 square metres) in the case of an individual belonging to the middle income group; and(iii)500 square metres in any other case.
