(a)for Minority Institutions, the allotment shall be given to the candidates as per following preference,-

(i)Stage I of sub-rule (3) of rule 10,

(ii)Stages I and II of sub-rule (1) of rule 10,

(iii)Sub-rule (2) of rule 10;
