Section 7(1) in West Bengal Yoga and Naturopathic System of Medicine Rules, 2015
(1)The Registrar shall be appointed on probation for two years after which, if the Council is satisfied as to his efficiency and general conduct, the Council shall, with the previous approval of the State Government, confirm him. The probationary period may however; be extended by one year, if considered necessary by the Council. The Registrar shall receive such pay and allowances as are admissible; to group 'A' officials of the State Governments.
