(1)This Act may be called The Official Trustees Act, 1913.(2)It extends to the whole of India [* * *] [The words "except the State of Jammu and Kashmir" omitted by Act 25 of 1968, Section 2 and Sch. (w.e.f. 15.8.1968).].(3)It shall come into force on such date as the Central Government, by notification in the Official Gazette, may direct.
