42. Mining MIS.
(1)The Department may also require all the Mineral Concession Holder, the Corporation and other persons engaged in the transport and trade of minor minerals to come under the purview of the provision of these rules and under take their activities as per the Mining MIS system to be developed by the Department.(2)The Department may lay down detailed guidelines for its MIS.Chapter -XI Grant of Transit Pass/ Challan/ E-Challan For Movement of Minerals
