Section 36(36)(iv) in The Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission (Distribution Open Access) Regulations, 2014

(iv)the Distribution Licensee shall be entitled to disconnect the consumer for any reason for which disconnection is permitted under the provisions of the Act;
