(4)A register showing daily consumption of material issued to the Contractor, shall be maintained at the site of work by the Sectional Officers.Note :- (1) For all financial matters, Finance Department "Financial Hand Book No. 3" (Departmental Financial Rules) as applicable to the Punjab Public Works Department, shall be applicable mutatis mutandis.[Note :- (2) The Chief Engineer may, with the prior written approval of Secretary of the Board restrict the powers of any of the Superintending Engineers, Executive Engineers and Assistant Engineers, if so warranted by circumstances.] [See Legislative Supplement Part III dated 23rd June, 1989.]
