Section 24 in The Sakri Canals Irrigation Rules, 1952

24.

(1)The following rates shall be payable for the supply of water for the purpose of flow irrigation. -

(2)Water-rates for lands requiring lift irrigation, if included in a season lease, shall be the same as laid in sub-rule (1).
(3)For the purposes of calculating the rates mentioned in this Rule any area less than 1/16th acre shall be charged as 1/16th acre and fraction of an anna shall be omitted from all calculations.
