Section 1 in Research Officer in the Gujarat Statistical Services, Class II (Special Competitive Examination) Rules, 2015
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)These rules may be called the Research Officer in the Gujarat Statistical Services, Class II (Special Competitive Examination) Rules, 2015.(2)They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.(3)They shall apply to the persons who are eligible to be appointed by promotion to the post of Research Officer, Class II, under sub-clause (b) of clause (A) of Rule 3 of the Research Officer, in Gujarat Statistical Service, Class II, Recruitment Rules, 2012 (hereinafter referred to as "Recruitment Rules of 2012").
