Section 26(a) in Tamil Nadu Cooperative Sugar Mills Managerial Common Cadre System Rules, 2018
(a)Every common cadre Employee shall furnish a declaration to the common cadre authority of the immovable property held in his name or in the name of his spouse or dependant sons and daughters, as at the end of the each financial year. He shall also obtain prior permission for purchase of or acquiring any interest and immovable property from the common cadre Authority. In addition to furnishing of statement of immovable property, the common cadre Employee shall also furnish a statement of assets and liabilities as on 31st March of every year to the common cadre Authority. Such report may be filed within one month from the completion of each financial year in the formats in Annexure-II.
