Section 64(1) in West Bengal Societies Registration Rules, 1963
(1)The society shall keep open to inspection free of charge at all reasonable times at its office(a)a copy of the Act;(b)a copy of the Rules;(c)a copy of these bye-laws;(d)a copy of the (latest audited) balance sheet;(e)the register of members; and(f)the register of directors.
