Section 28(1) in Rajasthan Agriculture University, Bikaner Act, 1987
(1)There shall be a Finance Committee to be constituted by the Vice-Chancellor consisting of the Vice-Chancellor as its Chairman, a nominee of the State Government. The cost of audit shall be paid by the University. The copies of the annual accounts and the audit report shall be presented to the Board, the Chancellor and the State Government.
