Section 51(3) in M.P. Industrial Disputes Rules, 1957
(3)The Committee shall elect the Secretary and the Joint Secretary :Provided that where the Secretary is elected from amongst the representatives of the employers, the Joint Secretary shall be elected from amongst the representatives of the workmen and vice versa :Provided further that the post of the Secretary or the Joint Secretary, as the case may be, shall not be held by a representative of the employer or the workmen, for two consecutive years.
