1. Short title and commencement.
2. Standard weight and remedy allowed.
- Standard weight and remedy allowed on coins of र 100 and र 5 denominations, coined under the provision of Section 6 of the Coinage Act, 1906 (3 of 1906) to commemorate the occasion of "100 Years of Civil Aviation in India" and the remedy allowed in making of such coins shall be as specified in the Table below:-Table| Denomination | Standard Weight | Remedy Allowed | |

| Five Rupees | 6 Grams | 1/100th plus orminusfor Copper and Zinc, thatis to say, Copper could vary from 74% to 76% and Zinc from 19% to21% and 1/200th plus or minus for nickel, that is to say couldvary from 4.5% to 5.5%. | 1/40th plus or minus that is to say, the weightcould vary from 5.85 grams to 6.15 grams. |
