Section 57(1) in Shri Govind Guru University Act, 2015
(1)The University shall make provisions for the benefit of its officers, teachers and other employees in such matters as insurance, pension, provident fund or other benefits as it may deem fit, in such manner and subject to such conditions as may be prescribed by the Statutes.
