Section 18(4) in Shri Govind Guru University Act, 2015
(4)The Finance and Accounts Officer shall,-(i)exercise general supervision over the funds of the University and shall advise as regards its financial policy; and(ii)perform such other financial functions as may be prescribed by the Statutes; and also has assigned by the Vice-Chancellor.
