Section 12(1) in West Bengal Electrical Licensing Rules, 2017
(1)Examinations either conventional or on-line shall be held by the Board at such places and on such dates as may be notified from time to time in the Kolkata Gazette or in leading newspapers or website of the Department www.wbpower.gov.in.
