Section 19 in The Khadi and Village Industries Commission Rules, 2006
19. Membership roll.
(1)The Chief Executive Officer shall keep or cause to be kept a record of the name of the members of the Board and their addresses.(2)If a member of the Board changes his address, he shall notify his new address to the Chief Executive Officer who shall thereupon enter his new address, but if be fails to notify his new address, the address in the official record shall for all purposes be deemed to be the member's address.
