Section 19(2) in The Khadi and Village Industries Commission Rules, 2006
(2)If a member of the Board changes his address, he shall notify his new address to the Chief Executive Officer who shall thereupon enter his new address, but if be fails to notify his new address, the address in the official record shall for all purposes be deemed to be the member's address.
