Section 16(2) in Assam Employees' State Insurance (Medical Benefit) Rules, 1958
(2)the senior Insurance Medical Officers for the time being shall, from time to time, make such arrangements as he thinks fit for the distribution of the work at the State Insurance dispensary among the Insurance Medical Officers appointed thereto.
