(1)There shall be such faculties in the University as may be prescribed by the Statutes.(2)Each faculty shall consist of the following:-(a)Dean of the Faculty - Chairman;(b)University Professors of the subjects assigned to the Faculty;(c)Chairmen of the Boards of Studies in the faculty;(d)One Post-graduate College Principal and one Post-graduate Department Head in each subject of the faculty from affiliated colleges, nominated by the State Government;(e)Two external experts nominated by the Academic Council.(3)Faculty shall perform such functions as may be prescribed by the Statutes.
