Section 15 in The West Bengal Motor Vehicles (Taxation On Goods And Passengers) Act, 1985
15. Bar to certain proceedings. -
(1)No suit shall lie in any civil court against any action taken or order passed under this Act or the rules made thereunder.(2)No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against any authority under this Act for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or the rules made thereunder.
