(1)Every mine shall have a documented policy for repairing, replacement, re-evaluation of safe operating pressure and re-validation of residual life of all pipelines based on recommended practice developed by the owner.(2)The recommended practice may be based on the Oil Industry Safety Directorate standards, guidelines, safe operating procedures and applicable international standards.
