Section 22(a) in The Orissa State Electricity Board (General Conditions of Supply) Regulations, 1995
(a)Every application for enhancement of contract demand shall be accompanied by-(i)such processing fee as fixed by the Board for the particular category of consumer ;(ii)Test Report to be furnished from the licensed Electrical Contractor.
