19. Cotton and dealers and seed producers to maintain records and to submit returns.
(1)Every cotton seed dealer and seed producer shall maintain such books, accounts and records relating to his business as may be prescribed.(2)Every cotton seed dealer and seed producer shall submit monthly return relating to his business for preceding month in Form-J to the Registering authority by 5th of every month.(3)Every cotton seed dealer and seed producer shall furnish information on such basis as and when required to the Registering authority.
