Section 20(2) in Maharaja Bhupinder Singh Punjab Sports University Act, 2019
(2)The Executive Council shall consist of the following ex-officio members, namely:-(i)Administrative Secretary to Government of Punjab, Department of Sports and Youth Services;(ii)Administrative Secretary to Government of Punjab, Department of Finance;(iii)Administrative Secretary to Government of Punjab, Department of Higher Education; and(iv)Director Sports, Punjab.In addition to the ex-officio members, other members of the Executive Council, their term of office, powers and duties shall be such as may be prescribed by the Statutes.
