Section 1 in Assam Homoeopathic Medicine Act, 1955
1. Short title, extend and commencement.
- (i) This Act may be called the Assam Homoeopathic Medicine Act, 1955.(ii)It extends to the whole of Assam.(iii)It shall [come into force on such date] [The Act came into force from 1-10-1955, vide Notification No. MMO 38/53/71, dated 8-9-1955.] as may be notified by Government.
