(1)An appeal if preferred under Subsection (5) of Section 54 shall lie to the Collector of the district.(2)Any officer who is superior in rank to the Revenue Officer from whose order an appeal lies under Sub-section (5) of Section 54 appointed by Government as an appellate authority under Section 54.
