Section 13(1) in The West Bengal State Tax on Professions, Trades, Callings and Employments Act, 1979.
(1)For carrying out the purposes of this Act, the State Government may appoint any of its departments or officers as an agent responsible for levy and collection of the tax under this Act from such persons or class of person as may be prescribed.
