(b)three copies, each signed by the applicant, of the maps of proposed area of service (habitations) in which the supply of water for irrigating or drinking water is to be made available and the type of scheme whether domestic, commercial, industrial or trading purposes, in case of drinking water sup ply or irrigation unit;
