Section 26(1) in Jammu and Kashmir Persons With Disabilities (Equal Opportunities, Protection of Rights and Full Participation) Act, 1998
(1)Every employer shall maintain such records in relation to the person with disability employed in his establishment in such form and in such manner as may be prescribed.
