Section 25(1) in Haryana Vishwakarma Skill University Act, 2016
(1)The Ordinances shall be made, amended, repealed or added to by the Executive Council:Provided that no Ordinance shall be made-(i)affecting the admission or enrolment of students or prescribing examinations to be recognized as equivalent to the University examinations; and(ii)affecting the conditions, mode of appointment or duties of examiners or the conduct or standard of examination or any course of study, unless the draft of such an Ordinance has been proposed by the Skill Council.
