Section 29 in The Rajasthan District Boards Act, 1954
29. Resignation of member.
(1)A member other than the Chairman of a Board wishing to resign his seat may forward his written resignation through the Chairman to the [Collector] [Substituted by Rajasthan Act No. 8 of 1962.].(2)When the acceptance of the resignation by the [Collector] [Substituted by Rajasthan Act No. 8 of 1962.] has been communicated to the Board the member shall be deemed to have vacate his seat.
