Section 12(3)(b) in Ras Bihari Bose Subharti University Act, 2016

(b)On the basis of the information received by the Visitor, if he is satisfied that any decision taken by any authority of the University is not in conformity with the Act, Statutes or Rules, he may issue such directions as he may deem fit for the reconsideration of such decision by the Chancellor of the University, in the interest of the University and the directions so issued shall be complied with by the Chancellor.
