(3)Within a week after the deposit of the cost of Social Impact Assessment study by the Requiring Body, the Government shall issue a notification in the Official Gazette in Form No. 3 entrusting the Social Impact Assessment unit the responsibility of conducting the Social Impact Assessment study and preparing a Social Impact Management Plan for the proposed acquisition.
