46. Autonomous college, etc. to furnish reports, etc. and inspection of such colleges, etc.
(1)Every autonomous college, institution or. department shall furnish such section reports, returns and other information as the Executive Council may require to enable it to judge the efficiency of the college, institution or department.(2)The Executive Council shall cause every autonomous college, institution or department to be inspected from time to time by the Inspection Committee referred to in Section 57 or by one or more competent persons authorised by it in this behalf.
